This is an eight weeks coaching course in "How to release toxic emotions to transform your life." We will be exploring feelings such as anger, resentment, guilt, shame, anxiety, depression and how it affects all areas of our lives. Living with unresolved feelings can cause imbalances in our relationships and physicality.

Many of us suffer with unexpressed frustration, resentment and anger which promotes imbalances which then promotes such symptoms as emotional, physical and spiritual disorders. Living with unresolved traumatic life events does affect progress in life our careers, health and personal relationships.

Healing our emotional blocks will support us to heal our. physical symptoms, thus creating harmonious communication, relationships and allowed us to move into a space to find solutions to living our purpose. Transforming our mindset allow enable us to have a peaceful, optimistic, joyful, loving life.

Ultimately, the goal of this course is to support you to transform who you believe you are by healing your mind, body and spirit from the familiar thoughts and habits which does not serve you on our path of personal growth.

During the 8 weeks workshop you will learn self care tools to use daily to becoming aware of your habits that are supporting you and break them so that you can transcend. By integrating mindfulness philosophies, healing with food and herbs, setting lifestyle goals and implementing integrative healthcare can allow rapid growth to occur.

This course will enable you to trust that you are capable of transforming your body, mind and spirit to heal from emotional and physical ailments by working from the inside to change the internal dialogue which governs symptoms and disease formation.
